Consulting Services
We are a training and consulting firm that offers system-wide solutions to help you build a positive workplace - so your employees can thrive. We do not focus on ending bullying. We focus on creating a positive workplace. This is a much more comprehensive way to solve the problem of bullying and increase your employees' ability to be productive and affect the bottom line.
Blueprint methodologies don’t work – solutions tailored specifically to you will work much better. We use a process that allows us to understand what’s happening in your organization, so that we can collaborate with you to implement solutions that really work.
Our Process
Assess: Understand departmental dynamics, interpersonal relationships, communication processes, and leadership through surveys, focus groups, and/or interviews.
Identify: Identify internal strengths, opportunities for improvement and gaps between processes and goals, and report our findings and recommended action items. Recommended solutions may include training, corporate policy implementation, coaching, internal communication process improvement, leadership program development, team building, performance management… it all depends on the needs of your organization.
Collaborate: Work directly with you to develop a specific action plan and due dates, identify organizational champions for initiatives, and determine benchmarks and measurements of success.
Implement: Work with you to implement solutions.
Assess: Measure progress, behavior change, and success of any solutions implemented.

Civility Partners, LLC offers two training programs: one for all employees and one for leaders, managers and supervisors. Offered in conjunction, they are quite powerful.
All Employee Training
This workshop is designed to reach a variety of employees working within your organization by addressing bullying from several angles. The workshop will provide information for those who might feel targeted by bullies, those who are bullying, and those who are bystanders.
At the end of the course, attendees will work together to create a set of behavioral rules they can hold each other accountable to.

Leadership Training
According to research, traditional conflict resolution strategies (e.g., mediation) are not appropriate for workplace bullying and often make the problem worse.
As such, special knowledge in why bullying happens, how to identify and address it, who the targets are, who the bullies are, how to handle grievances, and how to develop positive and sustainable culture change is imperative for your managers to eradicate bullying behaviors from your workplace.

Both courses are highly interactive and include a workbook, activities and assessments.
Leadership Coaching
In conjunction with our training programs and consulting services, we offer leadership coaching. Often the CEO or Executive Director seeks ongoing one-on-one guidance in leading their organization through the implementation of action items to make a culture change.
We will take you through the process step by step, and ensure that you are successful in creating a positive workplace culture where your employees can thrive.
Coaching usually occurs once per month via phone call, but we are happy to provide coaching in the way, and in the timeframe, that works for you.
